Some Easter pics

For Easter this year the kids were very happy to hear we'd be spending it at Grandma B's. To make things even better the weather was perfect. Who thought we'd be able to walk in the woods, along the beach and sit outside the first of April! We left home (and Dan there to work on the farm) and headed up north Friday and didn't come home until Monday. We all enjoyed a wonderful visit and lots of good food! Here are afew pics.


I decided to try out making my own piece of stained glass the one day. I have to say, I'm excited to do more and find some tools and supplies to have at home. There's something fun about breaking glass and putting it back together in designs and patterns. Unfortunately these pics are pretty dark, but you get the idea.

Over the weekend we went for two hikes. One at Singing Sands and one on my mom's property in the woods. Here's Kortney with some flowers she found. Strangely the only ones we saw.

We stumbled upon a little garder snake. No big deal in this family! We watched, took pictures and let in move on!
